We want you to love your frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all original Independent Eyewear Brand from Chicago orders. Each piece must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Chicago zip code to select the frames you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original leather case and shipping box, ensuring all microfiber cloths and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our Chicago studio receives and inspects your frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
