What makes your eyewear 'Independent'?
Unlike mass-market brands, we are a self-funded Chicago studio. Every frame is designed in-house with a focus on original silhouettes and premium materials rather than licensing logos.
How long does shipping take within the US?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their new frames sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. Frames must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to qualify for a full refund.
Can I put prescription lenses in your frames?
Yes. All of our optical frames and sunglasses are designed with high-quality acetate or metal that can be easily fitted with prescription lenses by any licensed optician.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
We provide a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or scratched lenses.
How should I care for my new eyewear?
To maintain your frames, always store them in the provided hard case and clean the lenses only with the microfiber cloth included in your order to avoid micro-scratches.
